These terms apply to all websites and products offered under the brand at kulturschwarm.org and its subdomains, operated by KulturShift LLC ("we", "us").
Products
We sell digital products: downloadable files, web-based tools, and API access. Each product page states what is included and its price before you buy. All products are delivered automatically and immediately after payment.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Where Stripe Managed Payments is used, Stripe acts as the merchant of record for the transaction and handles sales tax, VAT, and payment-related support. Prices are shown in US dollars; applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
License
Downloadable products are licensed for your personal or internal business use. You may not resell or redistribute the files themselves.
Availability
Web tools and APIs are provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Purchased API credits remain valid for at least 12 months.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
