Refund Policy

14 days, no questions asked. If a product doesn't work for you, email support@kulturschwarm.org within 14 days of purchase with the email address you used at checkout. We refund the full amount to your original payment method, usually within 1–2 business days.

Refunds after 14 days are handled case by case. This does not limit any statutory rights you may have.
